Our Insiders Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in the Our Insiders panel, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which are linked below.
2. You must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK (including the Channel Islands).
3. You confirm the information You provide will be truthful and accurate to the best of Your knowledge.
4. You may only register for one Our Insiders panellist account at a time. Panellist accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred between individuals.
5. Our Media reserves the right to select and remove panellists at its sole discretion. No correspondence will be entered into relating to selection or removal of panellists or the registration requirements.
6. By registering to become a panellist in the Our Insiders panel, You agree to receive invitations to participate in market research and surveys via e-mail. Registration as a panellist does not guarantee that You will be invited to participate in any market research or survey. Your participation in any market research or survey is completely voluntary and You will not be penalised for declining to participate in any such invitations.
7. We will hold and process Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt-out of being a panellist for the Our Insiders panel, or opt out of receiving email invitations to participate in market research and surveys, at any time and for any reason by emailing [email protected].
8. Our Media reserves the right to amend the Our Insiders Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively the “Terms”) and to alter, amend or close the Our Insiders panel at any time. Please review the Terms regularly to ensure You are aware of any changes. Your continued access to and/or use of our services after changes have been made to the Terms indicates Your agreement to be legally bound by the updated or amended Terms.
9. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England.

PRIVACY POLICY
Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
If they opt in, panellists will be automatically entered into a monthly prize draw for each survey they successfully complete. The full terms and conditions relating to these monthly prize draws are set out below.
1. The promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) with its registered address at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST (the “Promoter”).
2. The prize draw is open to all panellists who are residents of the UK aged 18 or over, including the Channel Islands, except the promoter's employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members (“Panellists”).
3. The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on the last day of each calendar month.
4. By entering the prize draw, Panellists agree:
(a) to be bound by these terms and conditions;
(b) that their surname and county of residence will be released if they win a prize.
5. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
6. Each Panellist will receive one automatic entry for each survey they successfully complete. No other entries will be permitted.
7. Survey results may be screened for quality checking at the discretion of the Promoter. Inaccurate or incomplete survey responses by Panellists will not be eligible for participation in the prize draw.
8. The Promoter will use the Panellists’ personal details in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/).
9. The winning Panellists will be the first 5 entries drawn at random from all the entries after the closing date each month. All five winners will receive a £50 Love2Shop voucher. For voucher terms and conditions see https://www.love2shop.co.uk/.
10. The Promoter's decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered.
11. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion each month by email. If a winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
12. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
13. The name and county of residence of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to Our Media Limited, Insight, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion each month.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
15. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
16. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the prize draw or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
17. The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
